Memorable and unique, Belguardo's cuisine is the result of fresh, high-quality raw materials in the hands of Chef Marco Cammarata, a master chef who knows how to use his ingredients.
Essentially Italian, Belguardo's cuisine is nevertheless Chef Marco's creation. Each dish is distinctive. His salad of watermelon and pink grapefruit is enhanced by imported fennel and basil. The salt cod he combines with his marinated Blue Crab is not simply salt cod, but the special (and difficult to find) "Vicentina Baccala". The sauce for his basil linguine and scampi is a light almond pesto. His grilled lamb cutlets are flavored with specially imported lavender.
