Bel Guardo restaurant at Siam Paragon is operated by the experienced chef Marco cammarata and Pichai Kijjaroentorn. It is arranged into three dining zone: Fine Dining featuring an open kitchen, Mezzanine with a wine lounge, and an exterior Caffe. The restaurant also serves fine wines imported mainly from Italy. Bel Guardo offers both a-la-carte menu and set menu, prepared with fresh ingredients. Recommended menu include Salad of Seared Salmon Medium-Rare with Blueberry Dressing, Crab and Tomato soup with Basil Leaves, and Roasted Seabass with Atlantic Salt and Red Onion Confiture. The chef has an impressive skill in making sauces and dressings.
